# How do I contact support for bulk orders?

You need to email us on hi@blinkstore.in with following information for bulk order queries.

- List of products required (signin on [Blinkstore](https://app.blinkstore.ai/) to view the product catalog).
- High resolution design file for printing (minimum 300 DPI)
- Product mockups (to show the placement of designs)
- Product sizes (if applicable)
- Color preferences
- Delivery address
- Quantity or each item

We request you to get in touch with us at least 2 weeks in advance from the expected date of delivery. Depending on the size or the order, it can take anywhere from 7 to 15 days to process.
